Not unless you read it

“Not unless you read it”
A word said,
but not meant correctly unless read.
from a Ten foot long scroll,
taken from a library of the ancient hebrew world
parchment paper document,
letters packed in creases and furled
A word with so many fibers, and fillings
It would take a century to fill it all in, and spell it all out
take down the major and minor details of everything it was about
stitch together the clothe, and make the clothing whole
and still it would take millinea to see the entire thing unfold.
But it is said, and it is heard...
Still you could not know the meaning of the word.
Unless you knew the meaning of the sound when heard.
_______.
