The Sixth Chakra: The Eye Energy

The Sixth Energy center is Third eye chakra, or eye chakra, located at just above the eyebrows.
The eye energy is the energy center of vision, insight, and extrasensory perception. This energy
basically deals with a spiritual bodies perception. For this source meditation, i wanted the setting
to symbolize reflection, and depth. So to capture both those elements, i choose a natural pool of
water, illuminated by the full moon in the silence of night. One of the oldest mirrors known to
humankind; a flat surface of water, while reflecting the image of the outside world on its surface
still contains depth within its stature. Ourselves are physical superficial apparitions even in the light
of day, but underneath the skin there is an entire world of life contained.
This is the source meditation for the Eye energy.

Eye Chakra: A Deep Reflection

A man sits in front of a natural pool if water on a cool night brightly illuminated by a stunning

full moon. The air is still as the water is still, and the man is still as well. Underneath the glassy

surface of the water the depths of the pool are a dark container of shadows, locked away from

sight from any who might wish to peer in. At least to others it would be dark. To him the contents

of the pool are as plain to him as bright flowers in the midday sun. When the man looks in he can

see clearly the matters of life that his world contain. He can see the Romance of lovers, the

strength of friends, the honesty of the civil, the passion of family. He can see how the clock ticks,

and his heart beats, and how all the things of life all dance in the same rhythms. If not only because

he can see himself, right here…  in the surface in of the pool, then because he can also see beyond

that, into the depth of his existence.
