Crown chakra is the final, highest energy center of the body. Located at the top of the head, or just above the top of the head. The crown chakra deals with your consciousness , the overall spiritual health of your spiritual body, and your personal harmonic equilibrium with the world around you. For the crown chakra, i once again choose a imagery setting in the black reaches of space, and also included the sun as an element. But instead of sitting on the surface of the sun, the avatar of me in this imagery is sitting in the middle of the universe(or galaxy, whatever is easier and effective to visualize). There, in the middle of the universe far away from any star, planet, or anything, the man sits and meditates. And all around him lay the stars of the universe, an uncountable amount, all sending photon beams in all directions.
You know that we can see thousands of stars in the sky.
That means that thousands of stars across the universe have photon rays, light beams, that shoot straight out from millions of light years away in distance, and make their way straight down to our little eyeballs here on earth.
And if our Sun does the same, can those stars not see us from their position? Can the whole galaxy be connected and bridged together by beams of light? The man sits as a lone figure, in the middle of a near infinite plane of space and time. But through connections, he can see the entirety of the universe. I like to think that the crown chakra very much involves connecting the dots together in your life, and bridging the gaps to create a completely illuminated structure.
This is the source meditation for the crown energy.
Crown Chakra - Center of the Stars
Sits in space. Sits on space. Maybe it can't be said that he is sitting because there really is nothing that he is sitting on. Maybe he is just there. In any case he sits deep in space not moving. And though there are no roads that lead to where he sits, no street signs to tell the way, or maps to determine his location, the man knows exactly where he is. He could tell you, if you asked.
Around the man Golden lines of light shoot by him in all directions.
Lines going from this point to that point, from that point to this point.
A hundred million points all around, all shooting lines to each other, creating a hundred trillion connections between these points.
He sits in space, around these points, and these connections. And he knows them.
He knows the positions of the points, and he knows the position of himself.
Even here deep in space.
He understands the connections between them.
A hundred trillion connections, and he sits at the middle of them all.
Simply understanding.

That's it for the chakra imagery exercises! Like i said, i created these Meditations for my own personal help with guided meditation. If you like the idea, of pre-imagined settings for meditations, then by all means create your own set of chakra meditations or even just a overall&in-general peaceful meditation. Meditation has a sort of spirit/mental fiber to it that can be refreshing and fortifying to the mind.
